1 / 20 Cafes are everywhere in Korea, and ordering a drink is probably the first thing you will do in Korean. Coffee is the national daily habit, especially iced Americano, which Koreans drink even in winter. Many cafes use a kiosk or ask you to order at the counter and wait for a buzzer or your name. You will need to know the drink name, hot or iced, and the size. Besides coffee, you will find fruit teas, citron tea, sweet rice drink and ade-style drinks. Learn these words and you can order, ask for a cup or straw and take away. Note that 아이스 means iced and 따뜻한 or 뜨거운 means hot.
